Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! The following are items you need to consider when you come for your Design Center appointment. Please take some time to review the checklist. All selections must be made and finalized at your appointment. Any selections changed thereafter will result in a $250 Change Order Fee.

• Cultured marble countertops (available in select sub-divisions)
• Tile kitchen backsplash and shower surround

• Lighting/doorknobs
• Leaded glass window (master bath)
• Kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures
• 2” faux or wood window blinds
